• Role of teacher (transmitter of knowledge, inspiration)
• Class composition (mixed ages, suf cient children)
• Story telling/oral introductions (Great Stories/ other stories)
• Content knowledge (key lessons)
• Sensorial/imaginative presentations, leading to abstraction
