In this initial masterclass you learn basic facts about why you should start applying for grant money. Successful grant writing is not easy to conquer but it is a skill that can be learned once you understand why it is critical for your success in bringing Montessori to your community. By the end of this masterclass you will know what grants are and what are all the goals you can achieve with their help. I will share with you how grants helped me open my school, the Institute and the farm and how I raised 1,8 mil Eur for these projects. And, most importantly, you will have created your own grant project vision board!

In this session you will learn a bit more about what vision boards are and how they work. Further, we will take the first two steps to writing a winning grant application - how to create a project idea outline, and how to find the potential grant funder. Also, we will learn how to match your idea with the potential grant funder. Last but not least we will crack the code how to speak to your grant funder so that you have a chance to win your grant!

You'll learn to create a compelling argument for your grant application, one that no grant funder can deny. I'll teach you how to use the problem tree analysis, to define the problem your projects resolves, to define what causes it and to describe the consequences if it's not dealt with. This is called needs analysis and is the single most important part of your grant application.
