Creation of Purpose and Vision

This is the foundational stage of your organization. In this stage, your organization's mission, vision and values must be clearly defined. Starting here is essential because you need to ensure that your organization has a clear sense of purpose from the very start.

Create a purpose statement. Define the core reason for your organization's existence.
Indentify the values that will guide your actions and decisions.
Define your vision, the long-term goals and future which your organization will aspire to achieve.
Find your initial idea - the service or the offer that fulfills your purpose.

Module 2

Creation of First Impact & Income

After establishing your purpose and vision, the next step is start implementing first programs or services that align with your mission. This stage focuses on generating initial impact and income, which are critical for the viability and sustainability of your organization. You have a clear vision and recognize a gap in the educational landscape that needs to be filled. You believe in your idea and its potential to serve others. Although the full picture is still taking shape, your primary focus is to get things started.

Module Highlights:

Learn how to get your first clients and their feedback to validate your offering and start generating income.
Develop a product, service, or program that aligns with your mission.
Learn the basics of marketing, including setting up a basic website, optimizing for Google search, using Facebook and Instagram, and building an email list.
Identify at least one person (likely you) to manage operations and drive the organization forward.
Explore options for securing the funds needed to cover startup costs and begin operations.

Module 3

Creation of Stability

The goal of the this stage is to secure your organization’s place in the market and establish a steady cash flow. You will need to focus on generating your first profit and building a cash reserve. You may need to hire employees, particularly for marketing, to help you retain existing clients and attract new ones. Your focus should shift to expanding your client database. This involves segmenting your clientele and developing tailored approach for both new and loyal customers. As your clientele and operations grow, so will your expenses.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to have previous Montessori training to participate in the Academy?

No, you do not. The Academy focuses on creating financially healthy and impactful Montessori organizations, and we will be looking particularly at the financing and communications aspect of this work. To build Montessori programs, you do not have to have Montessori education. You can find collaborators and/or employees, or you can get the training in the future, but to start and run a company or a nonprofit or a school, you need to have basic business, management and marketing knowledge and this is what the academy is about.

Do I have to have previous business and marketing knowledge?

No, I will share all I have learned in the past 15 years with you. You will learn all you need to build sustainable and visible Montessori programs.

I do not have the money to pay for this program.

Let me ask you. What came first, the chicken or the egg? Or the egg and after that the chicken? You will never be able to create a financially sustainable and successful Montessori project until you find the courage to invest into your ability to do so. The price of the course is as low as it can be, precisely for the purpose that anyone can afford it. If you need, use the 3 payments plan.

The timing of sessions is not good for me so can I attend some other better time?

There is no better time to attend this course than now. All lectures will be available in a recorded format. You can follow the course at your own time and pace and at your convenience. If you say to yourself that there will be a better time in the future, you will never start.

Do I need to have a certain amount of money saved so I can start my project?

No, you do not need any investment money. I had no investment money myself. You need the will to start, the courage to take the first step and the humbleness to learn.

What level of English is required to join the program?

We require at least B1 plus according to the CEFR. It is called the Intermediate level of English. We do not request to send us certificates.

How much time the recordings are available?

The recordings and all course materials will be available to participants for 3 years after the course is over. Participants will get online access to the recordings. We do not send recordings of this event via mail. Thank you for your understanding.

Is it possible to attend only session 1 and then decide if it is for me?

We strongly advise that you participate in the full and overall program. The topics covered are different and the sessions will cover different areas of the perspective so you can gain the full picture.

How is this different from other marketing programs available online?

There are no marketing Montessori programs available. You may find smaller programs focused on partial marketing skills, such as social media or growing your email lists, but you will not find a comprehensive overview of all you need to know to work on improving your marketing strategy and tactics you use.

Do I need any prior experience with finance or marketing?

No, you will learn what you need to know while in the Academy. You will design and plan your project before you take any specific steps. The safest way to become an entrepreneur is to do the most important work before you spend a penny.

How does the Academy work?

The Academy combines weekly recorded lectures, where I will share what you need to do and how, with live workshops, where you will dip your feet into the work. You will learn step by step, guided by my knowledge and experience. We will practice every skill in a safe community of peers who will be learning together with you.

Is it possible to pay in installments?

Yes, you can divide the payment into 3 installments. Just choose this option when you register.

What if I can't keep up with the pace of the course?

All sessions will be recorded and available to participants for 3 years after the course is over. You can watch it and complete the work at your own pace.

Will I receive a certificate upon completion of the program?

Yes, participants who will complete the course by attending the live meetings or watch the recordings of these meetings as well as course lectures will receive a certificate of attendance of the program.

How will you know that I have completed the course?

I will be able to see your progress with the course material.

Will there be homework?
