FAST FORWARD
Sounds like a Montessori dream come true?

In truth, it took nineteen years of dedication and perseverance, and was far from easy. Throughout the journey, I gained invaluable lessons - some of which I learned through difficult experiences and challenges.

Today, I am a successful (and humble) Montessori entrepreneur and I love to help other people realize their own Montessori dreams by using my knowledge and experience with starting and running Montessori non-profit organizations. In the past 10 years, I have raised over 2.3 million EUR in grants and other funding and have founded and run a Montessori school. (I am on the Board of that school today.) I purchased a farm for our school and we started our adolescent program. I run a flourishing Montessori business and lead an incredibly amazing and inspiring team of colleagues who share my vision.

I first came across Montessori when my youngest son was born. And I completely fell in love with it immediately. As a new mom on maternity leave, I had no pedagogical, business or fundraising training. I had no startup money. And there was nobody to give me advice. I was alone and clueless. However, amidst all the uncertainty, there was one thing crystal clear in my mind: I wanted Montessori education for my child.

From a volunteer mother’s group, I established a Montessori mother and child program, which flourished into a thriving Montessori kindergarten and elementary school. Continuing my mission, I successfully opened and managed an international Montessori teacher training center. Taking it a step further, I acquired a farm and land for our exceptional adolescent program.

MY MISSION
is to help you bring Montessori to your community

Recently I realized, thanks to feedback from my community, that I have a lot to share. I still remember how hard it was when one is trying to do everything on their own. And that is what helped me find the courage to step up.

I am passionately committed to helping you in whatever way you need. If you feel you could use my support, let me know. I will meet you where you are. And together we will find a way to discover your dream and realize it. Like I found and realized mine.

Are you dreaming about taking a diploma course to become a guide but you do not have the funds? Would you like to start a parent and child program? Are you opening a Montessori school? Is your dream having a Montessori farm one day? Do you want to learn how to get funding for your dreams and projects? Do you want to start a Montessori business?

What do Mirka students say about her?

"Mirka, the two day workshop is amazing. It is an awakening for those who have developed faith in you, and I swear I am the one. I want to move forward in my mission to lighten Maria Montessori's dream of educating children. Thanks a lot Mirka also your team. They are also amazing, they are working so hard to make the content available for or all of us"
Maria Erasmus, Florida
"Mirka and team, I hit a jackpot to have found your fb page! The workshop is full of amazing content to push my project to the next level. I have been a Montessorian for the last 10 months. I have studied early childhood development and I have founded a play based kindergarten in Nanyuki/ Kenya. To be sincere, I have been contemplating giving up on my 3 years old project due to low enrollment and lack of funds. Parents needed Montessori methods and this prompted me to join a Montessori course. Your workshop was mind blowing and I need to strategise my marketing and build a strong organic community! Thanks so much. You saved a business! Keep soaring!"
Rose Gichuki, Nigeria
"Mirka, I recently posted this quote from Mother Teresa on my social media: "Let no one ever come to you without leaving better and happier." I strive to live by this principle every day, and I believe it completely applies to you! I felt so inspired by you and your workshop. I am proud to be a Ferrari and look forward to starting our journey together!"
