Take a look at what the

conference looked like in 2019

Since 2018, Lead Montessori has brought together educators and leaders from across the world. Here’s a glimpse of that shared spirit.

Being a Montessori leader is challenging and often lonely..

It has been five years since we last came together as the Lead Montessori international community, and so much has changed. The world feels more fragile than ever, and the role of education has never been more vital.

Do you recognize the impact of your work on the future of your community? As Montessori leaders, we carry great responsibility, but we cannot pour from an empty cup. Just like on an airplane, we must put on our own oxygen mask first before we can truly support and uplift others.

Leadership can be isolating, exhausting, and overwhelming but it doesn’t have to be. Taking time to reconnect, reflect, and recharge is not a luxury; it’s a necessity.

Listen to the podcast with the conference speakers.

If you couldn’t be with us in Prague, this online edition offers a way to reconnect with the same inspiration and insight.
