Do you recognize this in your work with Montessori?

Even with the best intentions, it can feel unclear how to bring books meaningfully into the lives of very young children.

You want to support a love of books, but:

  • You are not sure how to introduce reading to infants and toddlers
  • It is difficult to find books suitable for the 0–3 age group
  • Storytelling with very young children feels unclear or challenging
  • Creating a rich language environment in daily routines is not easy
  • You would like more creativity and variety in storytime
  • Books are not yet a natural part of everyday life
  • You want to feel more confident when sharing stories

This workshop supports you in creating meaningful, joyful reading experiences from the very beginning.

What this workshop is really about:

The love of reading begins long before a child reads independently.

In the earliest years, children absorb language through stories, conversations, and meaningful interactions. But in practice, it is not always clear how to introduce books in a way that truly supports development.

This workshop focuses on what that looks like in real environments.

Rooted in Montessori principles, you will explore how to choose appropriate books, how to share them with young children, and how to create a language-rich environment where reading becomes a natural part of everyday life.

“Any book that helps a child to form a habit of reading, to make reading one of his needs, is good for him.”
