- Štěpánka Vojáčková is a Montessori guide in the elementary classroom at Montessori Andílek in Prague, where she has worked for several years. She is also a trained AMI assistant for the 0–3 age group and the mother of a one-year-old boy. In her work with children, she emphasizes respect for their individuality and supports their natural curiosity. She combines the traditional Montessori approach with 21st-century technology, helping children acquire both the knowledge and skills they need in today’s world.
