DAY 1

Before the First Day

Self-Reflection and Setting Intentions
Begin with a reflective process to clarify your vision and goals for the school year. What are your responsibilities as a guide? Where do you want the children to be by mid-term? This session offers space to align your role with the long-term development of your students and your team.

DAY 2

The First Day and First Two Weeks

Orientation and Creating Connections
Explore how to structure the very beginning of the school year – from daily routines to the prepared environment – so children can develop freedom with responsibility. You’ll receive a detailed plan for the first two weeks, along with key strategies for building classroom norms and fostering independence.

DAY 3

The First 6 Weeks and Beyond

How do we build a connected classroom from the very beginning? Explore the first six weeks, group dynamics, establish a functional system and have a bank of lessons ready.  Then learn about the different phases of the year that we will encounter, their particularities and key points to focus on going forward.
