A guided collaboration on your "real time" concerns and challenges
Advisory Program for Montessori Administrators
Start working towards improving your school in key areas to make it stable
creating policy that supports program
design observation, assessment and feedback systems
nurture responsive teaching and development of administration teams
This is a place for administrators to meet monthly, where they can learn new skills AND share and strategize about current issues and challenges. Join Sue Pritzker, AMI trainer for the Administrators Certificate course and retired Head of School, for the support you so often need.
Customize the implementation of new ideas, policies and procedures and understand better how to make do with the challenges and resources you have. Cultivate new ways to look at your problems through the eyes of others who do the same work as you every day.
This program will provide you with:
- Discuss your day-to-day problems with an experienced Montessori leader
- Deep dive into topics developing your whole school, setting it up for a long-term sustainability and stability
- Find space to discuss your work as a leader with fellow Montessori colleagues
- Equip your toolbox with materials, handouts and templates that you can use in your own school and lessen the operational workload
- Take away “action steps” to work on in between sessions, reflect on your progress (or found difficulties) and keep moving forward
- Choose further topics that are most relevant to you as a group
Study alongside administrators (principals, board members, business managers) from around the world, engage in lively discussions and share in order to experience new perspectives.
Sue will also discuss the foundational work that schools will need to embrace as AMI moves toward the adoption of a global accreditation system.
