Terms and Conditions for recurring payments
With automatic recurring payments, payments will be charged to the customer's credit/debit card automatically. Recurring payments do not commit the Customer to anything and can be terminated at any time free of charge VIA WRITING to us at: invoices@amiprague.cz
Basic concepts
The Seller is Montessori Institute Prague s.r.o., Na sekyrce 2, Praha 6, ID 25434110.
The Customer is a person using the services supplied by the seller.
By services we mean a monthly or annual subscription to our products (at the price stated in the order and on the invoice). The service can also be ordered and purchased by means of a one-off non-recurring payment. In these cases, the Recurring Payment Terms do not apply.
By recurring payments we mean payments for services automatically charged to the customer's credit/debit card.
Recurring Payment Policy
These Recurring Payment Rules are communicated to the Customer in the Service Order..
By paying for the service by card, the customer gives consent to authorize the card used to automatically charge payments for the services ordered in future periods.
By paying for the service by card, the customer agrees to the storage of payment data on the Stripe payment gateway.
The customer's consent to recurring payments lasts for the duration of the use of the service or until the recurring payments are terminated at the customer's request or after the service ends.
The price of the service does not change during the period of recurring payments unless stated otherwise during order.
The recurring payment period is fixed. Automatic payments are made monthly (i.e. after one month) or annually (i.e. after one year). The customer chooses the period when placing the order.
In the case of annual subscriptions, the customer is informed by e-mail 7 days before the automatic charge to the card about the service ordered, its price and the date of the charge. For monthly payments, no notification is sent.
Invoices for payments made are sent to the customer's email address.
In the event of an unsuccessful charge to the card, an email will be sent to the customer stating that the payment has not been made and instructions on how to proceed in this situation to avoid unexpected service limitations.
The Customer may terminate recurring payments at any time, free of charge, by contacting the Seller at invoices@amiprague.cz .
By terminating the subscription, the customer forfeits all benefits associated with the service. In the event of cancellation, access to the service (after the expiration of the membership period already paid) will be terminated. However, the service can be renewed again at any time via a new order. However, a new order may be subject to different pricing terms in effect at the time of the order.
Recurring payments are technically handled by Stripe's payment gateway, which handles the customer's payment card data in accordance with the international PCI Service Provider Level 1 security standard (which is the highest level of data security in the payment card processing sector).
The information is communicated via the website www.amiprague.cz or other information channels, usually by e-mail. The Seller reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions.
