Do you recognize this in your classroom?

You want to stay faithful to Montessori, but some children simply don’t yet have the English level to access your presentations.

This is one of the most common, yet rarely spoken about, realities of bilingual Montessori classrooms.

  • Children struggle to follow lessons due to low English (L2) levels
  • You feel tension between Montessori fidelity and language support
  • You are unsure how to adapt without compromising the approach
  • Supporting language while maintaining independence feels overwhelming

This webinar offers a way forward, grounded in real classroom experience.

What this workshop is really about:

In many bilingual Montessori classrooms, language quietly becomes a barrier.

Not because the child cannot think, explore, or understand but because the language of presentation is not yet accessible.

This creates a real tension for the adult:
How do we support language development without stepping outside Montessori principles?

In this webinar, we explore how the prepared environment and the classroom community can become active supports for language development.

This is not about adding separate language instruction.

It is about allowing language to grow naturally through participation, interaction, and community within the Montessori work cycle.
