Key Webinar Topics

The purpose of this webinar is to support adults in developing a deeper understanding of how the prepared environment and prepared adults can best serve adolescents.

Observation gives us a way to step back, look more carefully, and make decisions based on what young people truly need rather than what we assume they need. Through practical principles and reflection, this session will offer useful tools for anyone seeking to improve their work with adolescents.

You will explore how to:

  • Hone your observation skills in adolescent environments
  • Develop a practical observation checklist
  • Use what you notice constructively to guide decisions and improvements
