Montessori and the Earth: Nurturing Young Minds for a Sustainable Tomorrow

Come and meet the lecturer of the upcoming AMI 6-12 Orientation Course (starting on October 13).

KEY TAKEAWAYS: You will learn practical strategies to incorporate ecoliteracy into your classroom and home environment. You will also explore the timeless principles preparing young learners for a sustainable and compassionate future.

Think of empathy as a bridge not only between people but also between humans and nature. This webinar will explore how Montessori’s approach connects caring for the environment with the overall growth of the child, especially through its Cosmic Education for children aged 6-12. This approach goes beyond the concept of Education for Sustainable Development (ESD). We will look at Montessori’s visionary ideas that foster a deep connection with nature and a systemic understanding of ecological knowledge.

This webinar is suitable for:

Teachers, assistants in 6-12 classroom & interested parents of children aged 6-12 years
