Meet your trainers:
Heidi Philippart

AMI trainer for 0-3 Heidi Philippart M.A.(Edu), A.M.I.(Dip), resides and serves as the Pedagogical Director at the Montessori bilingual preschool "2Voices" in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
In her role as a pedagogue, she works directly with young children (0-4), guiding them towards independence, concentration, and self-discipline through a carefully prepared environment and curriculum that caters to their individual needs and interests.
Madlena Ulrich

Madlena Ulrich is the Program Director for the AMI 3-6 Teacher Training at the University of South-Eastern Norway.
She previously worked for more than 15 years as a lead teacher in the Children’s House at Tønsberg Montessori School, a 0–15 Montessori environment in Norway, where she was also actively involved in the development of the school.
Madlena completed her AMI Training of Trainers with Molly O’Shaughnessy in the United States and Ulla Wikefeldt in Sweden. Since 2010, she has been training Montessori educators in Norway and internationally, including in China, Thailand, Russia, and Romania, and frequently lectures worldwide.
